Our Approach
When the drawings still need work at this stage, our Lean Construction group resolves it before the budget is locked, which is the last point where a change is still free to make.
Accounting and Estimation Systems
We use Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate for accounting and estimating, allowing us to produce accurate estimates, create invoices, track costs throughout construction, run real-time reports, manage the bidding process, track inventory, and share project details with our Program Rollout and Management Team at any time. We also use Primavera P6 Enterprise to plan, schedule, and administer projects of various complexities, allocate resources at every stage, visualize and track progress, and complete projects within budget.

Construction Management Systems
We use two of the most effective cloud-based construction management systems available today, Procore and PlanGrid, to manage the construction process effectively. These systems let us manage, share, and identify conflicts on project drawings easily, maintain daily logs, and notify the entire team of progress on schedules, change orders, and subcontracts.
